A $50 reservation fee holds your consultation and digital scan appointment. If you begin treatment, the fee is applied toward your care.

Once you decide to move forward: your custom treatment plan is created, you receive your custom aligners, treatment begins with doctor guidance, you have regular check-ins with your doctor, you complete your treatment and receive retainers, and you maintain your results with retention support.

A recent dental exam is required before treatment begins. If you've had one in the last year, you're set. If not, your doctor will discuss the steps with you clearly in advance — no surprises.

Retainers are custom-made appliances that help maintain your newly straightened smile. After treatment, you receive one set of retainers (included), and your doctor will instruct you on how to wear them. Retainer schedule: first 6 months full-time (except eating/brushing), after 6 months nightly (ongoing). This is important for long-term results.

Retainers can need replacement over time. Replacement cost is separate, but your doctor will discuss how long retainers typically last, when replacement might be needed, and the cost for new retainers. We recommend wearing retainers long-term to keep your smile straight.
