A fixed professional fee, published per program.
Affiliate doctors are paid a fixed professional fee based on the patient's SmileTrue treatment program — not a percentage-based revenue share.
For TRUE, TRUER, and TRUEST cases, compensation is paid in two stages: 50% when aligners are delivered to the patient, and 50% at treatment completion and delivery of the retainers.
Protected by capacity, performance — and renewal.
Territories are defined by protected ZIP codes representing approximately 100,000 people. As the affiliate in that territory, you receive the initial protected opportunity to serve SmileTrue patients within it.
A second affiliate would only be considered if you're unable to meet patient demand or capacity requirements. Territory protection is reviewed and renewed after every 50 completed SmileTrue cases, based on capacity, performance, and patient service standards.
Who qualifies as a SmileTrue Affiliate.
SmileTrue does not accept traditional impressions. Every SmileTrue case is based on digital scans, so every affiliate office must be able to capture and submit accurate STL files for treatment planning and manufacturing. Practices without digital scanning capability do not currently qualify for the SmileTrue Affiliate Program.
